These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Story: Create an Adventure, including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Kwerious Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
My Story: Create an Adventure is an AI-powered interactive game in which users can create characters, explore worlds, interact with AI-generated content, play stories, use social features, and access optional premium features.
Some parts of the Services may change over time, including available worlds, stories, features, rewards, social systems, AI models, game balance, pricing, and monetization systems.
You may need to create or use an account to access some or all features of the Services. You are responsible for:
You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

The Services may allow you to submit prompts, messages, character details, feedback, chat messages, and other content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, display, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, secure, and provide the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
The Services use AI systems to generate story responses, descriptions, summaries, NPCs, items, chronicles, images, and other content. AI-generated outputs may vary and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate.
You understand and agree that:
Certain features, including Mature Mode, may use different AI models, settings, or moderation approaches.
The Services may include an optional Mature Mode intended for adult users. Mature Mode may allow broader storytelling themes than standard mode, subject to our rules, safety systems, and applicable law.
We may modify, restrict, disable, or remove Mature Mode at any time, including by region, user status, age/compliance requirements, or subscription/purchase status.
You must not use Mature Mode to create, request, or distribute unlawful, exploitative, abusive, or prohibited content.
The Services may include alliances, chat, shared links, profiles, and other community or social features.
If you use these features, you are responsible for your interactions with other users. You must not post or share unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, infringing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
We may monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, or retain social content as described in our policies and as needed to operate the Services.
The Services may include virtual currency, energy, tokens, story access, reset items, achievements, rewards, unlocks, inventory items, cosmetics, or similar digital features ("Virtual Items").

We may change how Virtual Items are earned, consumed, priced, or granted at any time.
Some features of the Services may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchases. The Services may also include rewarded ads, banner ads, and interstitial ads.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms and are also subject to their terms and billing policies.
We may offer ad-supported access, premium subscriptions, consumable items, and ad-removal benefits. Availability may differ by platform, region, or account.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including features, stories, events, AI models, pricing, availability, supported regions, and supported devices.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, story, mode, currency, chat history, generated content, or saved world state will always remain available.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if:
You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services, including the game, software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, branding, logos, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to Kwerious Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations regarding the Services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.
You agree that disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, or British Columbia, Canada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If you download the app through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, you acknowledge that those platforms may have additional terms that apply to your use of the app.
Apple and Google are not responsible for providing the Services, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations beyond what is required under their own terms and applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, business practices, or technology. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on our website.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
