By using our game, My Story, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Please read them carefully before you start playing.

My Story is a text-based game that allows you to interact with an artificial intelligence (AI) engine for turn-based conversation. You can create your own character, choose your own dialogue options, and shape your own story.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our game.
• You are responsible for your own account and actions in the game. You must not share your account details with anyone else, or use someone else's account. You must not use our game for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights or interests of others.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any content that you create or upload in the game, such as your character name, avatar, dialogue, and choices. You also waive any moral rights that you may have in such content.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these terms or our community guidelines. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the game if you breach these terms or our community guidelines, or if we suspect that you are engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• We provide the game on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your device or software. We are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of or inability to use the game, including any loss of data, revenue, profit, or reputation.
• We may change, update, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to provide any support, maintenance, or updates for the game. We may also modify these terms of service at any time, by posting the revised terms on our website or in the game. Your continued use of the game after the effective date of the revised terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
• These terms of service are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the game and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or communications. You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms or our rights or obligations under them at any time without notice.
